About the Role Carrier is seeking a Process Engineering Specialist (Outdoor) to support manufacturing operations for Outdoor Unit (ODU) production. Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and improve production processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency Analyze manufacturing performance and identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve productivity Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime Support new product introduction and process implementation activities Ensure products meet quality standards and engineering specifications Utilize data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives Lead or support process improvement, cost reduction, and manufacturing optimization projects Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operating procedures
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Experience
or knowledge of air conditioning manufacturing or HVAC products Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams Good command of English Willingness to work in rotating shifts (Day / Night Shift) Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
