Why this role matters As a Fleet Front Office Agent, you will play an important role in ensuring a seamless experience for some of Europe's largest logistics and transportation customers. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, you will help coordinate fleet administration, build strong relationships with customers and tire dealers across the Benelux region, and contribute to the smooth execution of our fleet contracts. Based in Kontich, you will join a diverse team where knowledge sharing, teamwork, and continuous learning are valued. Whether you are bringing years of experience or looking to build your expertise, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. What will you do? Act as a trusted first point of contact for assigned fleet customers, providing responsive and professional support. Coordinate monthly billing activities, maintain fleet information, and resolve invoice-related queries accurately. Build strong relationships with customers to ensure the efficient administration of fleet contracts. Support tire dealers across the Benelux region with questions related to job entries, contracts, vehicles, and invoicing within our FleetOnlineSolutions system. Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Front Office team in Kontich and the Back Office team in Bucharest to deliver an excellent customer experience. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes by sharing ideas and supporting team objectives. What we're looking for Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar customer-focused environment. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and partners by phone and email. A collaborative mindset with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams. Good organizational skills and attention to detail when managing multiple tasks. Fluency in English and Dutch; additional language skills ( like Frenchor German are an advantage. Confidence using everyday business applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel. A willingness to learn, share knowledge, and contribute to a supportive team environment.
