The Senior Specialist, Total Rewards is responsible for supporting and executing compensation and benefits programs across the EMEA region, serving more than 40 countries and 60 legal entities. This role plays a critical part in delivering market insights, compensation analyses, annual reward cycles, job evaluation activities, and HR data analytics that enable informed decision-making and support IFF’s talent and business strategies.Operating within a highly matrixed global environment, this position partners closely with Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and business leaders to ensure the effective delivery of reward programs. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to balance regional requirements with global frameworks while delivering accurate and timely results. Where You'll Make a Difference Support the delivery of annual compensation and benefits review processes across the EMEA region, including salary planning, market analysis, reporting, employee communications, and manager decision-support tools. Provide compensation analytics and market benchmarking insights to support reward-related decision making and business strategy. Manage and optimize employee benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries, providing analysis, governance, and support to ensure competitive, compliant, and market-aligned offerings. Support the implementation of European Union Pay Transparency requirements across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance, reporting readiness, and effective stakeholder engagement. Support the administration and analysis of employee incentive programs, including business, financial, and operational performance measures. Participate in job evaluation and job analysis activities, maintaining job descriptions, role profiles, organizational hierarchy data, and salary structures. Deliver advanced Human Resources data analytics and reporting, identifying trends and insights that support workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and business performance. Partner with Human Resources Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Human Resources Operations, and business leaders to ensure effective execution of compensation and benefits programs. Identify and drive Workday-enabled technology, process, and innovation improvements to enhance the design, delivery, and operational efficiency of Total Rewards programs across EMEA. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, Total Rewards, Human Resources Analytics, or a related Human Resources discipline within a multinational environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Experience
supporting annual compensation review cycles, salary benchmarking, and reward program administration. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across regional and global teams. Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal. How Would You Stand Out?

Deep expertise and proven development of Workday Advanced Compensation module processes, practices, innovation, and configuration.
