Title - Assistant Project Manager Job Purpose To support at assist the Project Director and his project leadership team by coordinating key project governance meetings, leadership visits, guest management, and task-force setup to ensure timely follow-up and structured project execution. Key Responsibilities Facilitate PSG meetings, including agenda coordination, input collection, minutes, and follow-up action tracking. Support preparation and coordination for BOD meetings and DK Leadership visits. Coordinate travel, schedules, and logistics for guests from DK and Global Novonesis. Support the creation and initiation of task force teams when required. Support and facilitate workshops on site Track action items, decisions, and status updates from key project meetings. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely inputs and preparedness for leadership interactions. Support governance and escalation processes as directed by the Project Director. Maintain structured documentation and meeting records for leadership and project use. Key Deliverables PSG meeting packs, minutes, and action trackers BOD and leadership visit support materials Guest visit coordination plans Task force initiation and follow-up documentation Project governance support records Required Skills and Competencies Strong project coordination and meeting facilitation skills Ability to handle senior stakeholders professionally Excellent follow-up, documentation, and tracking capabilities Good understanding of project governance and coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive requests Preferred Qualification / Experience Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or project support roles Additional Information: Job Location - Patalganga MIDC (Near Panvel, Navi Mumbai) Transport - Available from Kharghar and Panvel Station.
