Traditional Sales Leader Plan, direct, and monitor the activities of a sales team within a specified geography, product line, market segment or list of accounts to identify business opportunities and secure achievement of established sales targets according to defined sales processes and strategy. What You Will Do Define and execute the strategy for the Traditional Trade channel. Translate business objectives into sales plans, priorities, and customer-focused initiatives. Drive profitable sales growth, distribution expansion, portfolio execution, and market coverage. Lead sales forecasting, demand planning, and business performance reviews. Develop strong partnerships with key customers and distributors. Lead strategic negotiations with customers of high business impact. Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive activity, opportunities, and risks. Coach and mentor team members to strengthen commercial capabilities and execution excellence. Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Significant experience managing the Traditional Trade channel within FMCG or consumer goods industries. Proven experience leading and developing commercial teams. Strong commercial acumen with experience in sales strategy, forecasting, negotiations, and execution. Experience managing customers, distributors, and regional operations.
