Receber as peças e instruções de montagem, conforme programa de vendas; Realizar a movimentação das peças por meio da operação de talhas; Realizar o processo de desmontagem e montagem de peças e componentes, mecânicos e elétricos, dos equipamentos; Realizar os testes preestabelecidos, a fim de garantir a qualidade e performance dos produtos montados para os testes finais; Realizar a desmontagem, mecânica e elétrica, dos equipamentos que apresentaram problemas no campo e/ou que foram locados; Avaliar o estado geral de conservação/desgaste de partes elétricas e mecânicas; Emitir documento específico, apontando as necessidades de reparos, substituição, confecção ou fabricação de componentes e/ou acessórios elétricos e mecânicos, conforme diagnóstico realizado e enviar para elaboração do orçamento; Realizar a montagem mecânica e elétrica dos equipamentos; Realizar os testes preestabelecidos, a fim de garantir a qualidade e desempenho dos produtos montados para os testes finais; Manutenção de equipamentos com motor a diesel; Cumprir as normas e procedimentos referentes ao sistema de gestão da qualidade, meio ambiente, segurança e saúde ocupacional (ESH); Colaborar para a manutenção dos programas de qualidade e melhoria contínua; Zelar pela ordem e guarda, conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização de toda a documentação referente ao processo do trabalho.
