About the Role This is a fixed-term opportunity to join the team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. Acting as the first point of contact within an assigned territory, the role is responsible for delivering high levels of customer service through efficient order processing, effective query resolution, and coordinated complaint and returns management. The position plays a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while supporting internal processes and maintaining service continuity during the cover period. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customer service enquiries within the assigned territory. Process customer orders and re-orders accurately, ensuring alignment with quality standards and performance targets. Respond promptly to customer enquiries relating to orders, deliveries, and order management. Complete all relevant reporting, administration, and system updates accurately and within required timeframes. Maintain continuity of service by ensuring all processes are followed consistently during the maternity cover period. Identify, evaluate, and contribute to continuous process improvement opportunities to enhance customer service efficiency and quality. Experience & Skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced customer service, order processing, or administrative environment. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Confident communicator with a strong customer-focused approach. Well organised with good problem-solving skills. Comfortable using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications. Proactive, adaptable, and able to quickly integrate into an existing team to ensure seamless temporary cover. Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
