Ensure teams consistently follow SOPs and quality gates; remediate or escalate performance-impacting issues quickly. Balance workload using RCM; act on sustained over/under-resourcing; maintain staffing levels and address attrition impacts. Deploy global design and process improvements locally; reinforce adherence and standard work. Maintain audit and SOX compliance readiness; ensure control owners/executors act on time. Strengthen organizational health (HOO) via development planning, mentoring, and coaching. Tier governance and performance management: Lead tier huddles; monitor queues/backlogs; track KPIs/SLAs; drive corrective actions and timely escalation. Capacity and staffing: Use RCM to forecast demand and allocate resources; recommend resourcing actions based on workload and capacity analysis. Audit and compliance: Coordinate SOX control execution; maintain documentation; remediate findings; ensure timely closure of audit risks. Continuous improvement: Generate, prioritize, and implement hopper ideas with global pillars; update SOPs, process maps, and job aids; support change adoption. Stakeholder engagement: Partner with Area CE Leader on operational performance, audit/SOX remediation, capacity management, and issue resolution; work with global pillar leaders and specialists to identify and implement improvements. Domain oversight (low-to-medium complexity): Pricing: Oversee SFDC case assignment; ensure accurate BLT/simple deviated/standard pricing execution; support minor price file updates; review exception reports and escalate complex cases. CIP: Ensure accurate program setup, accrual integrity, and timely claim validation/settlement for standard programs; escalate exceptions. POS & CB: Govern SISO quality checks; coordinate conditioning/posting; oversee chargeback claim processing and distributor communications; remediate routine exceptions. MDM: Manage routine master data requests (customer/material/vendor/pricing conditions); enforce data standards; monitor data quality and MDG workflow adherence. People leadership: Provide coaching and feedback; support training and onboarding; implement HOO and communications programs; recommend promotions and EPR ratings per global guidelines. The impact you will make in this role You will improve service reliability, reduce cycle times, and raise first-pass yield across Pricing, CIP, POS & CB, and MDM. You will strengthen audit readiness and SOX control execution, reducing operational risk. You will enhance organizational health and engagement, evidenced by VoE and related surveys. You will accelerate the adoption of global design and process improvements in your area.
