Where You'll Make a Difference Support the development and growth of assigned customer accounts within the Flavors business serving the Food & Beverage market. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth initiatives. Coordinate closely with Technical, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Monitor sales performance, customer forecasts, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks. Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations with customers. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and recommend flavor solutions that create value. Maintain accurate customer and market information to support strategic decision-making. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within FMCG, food, beverage, ingredients, or related industries. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering value-added solutions. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and build strong partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Fluent Polish and English language skills, both verbal and written. Valid Category B driving license. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.
