Your potential is our inspiration. For your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead regional financial performance management, identifying opportunities and driving corrective actions Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational results Deliver financial analysis and insights to support senior leadership decision-making Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes Provide guidance on pricing strategies and commercial performance optimization Partner with innovation, marketing, and product management teams on new opportunities Support business cases for product launches and market expansion Act as a key financial advisor to regional leadership Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and reporting What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Fiinance experience, ideally in multinational environments Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering

Experience

supporting commercial teams and driving growth through financial insights Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights Fluent English (written and spoken) High level of integrity and strong business ethics How Would You Stand Out MBA or professional certification (CPA, CIMA, or similar)
