Las responsabilidades pueden incluir las siguientes y se pueden asignar otras tareas: Planea, lleva a cabo e implementa iniciativas de mejora de procesos (como Lean o Six Sigma). Elabora diagramas y evalúa los procesos existentes. Organiza, dirige y coordina equipos de proyecto multifuncionales. Desarrolla métricas que proporcionan datos para la medición de procesos, identificando indicadores de oportunidades de mejora futuras. Recopila datos para identificar la causa raíz de los problemas. Mide el desempeño en relación con los requisitos de los procesos. Alinea las mejoras con las deficiencias en el desempeño. Brinda asesoría sobre el uso de técnicas de reingeniería para mejorar el desempeño de los procesos y la calidad de los productos. Puede impartir presentaciones y cursos de capacitación que incluyan medición, análisis, mejora y control. Investiga y analiza las mejores prácticas en cuanto a técnicas y procesos. Comunica el progreso del equipo. Realiza análisis de costos y beneficios. Conocimientos y experiencia requeridos: Carrera universitaria en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Mercadotecnia y/o experiencia relevante en ambiente de salud Cinco años de experiencia en gestión de procesos y programas, así como el análisis de costo beneficio de estos Conocimientos prácticos para dirigir y gestionar la ejecución de procesos, proyectos y estrategias dentro de un área de trabajo definida. Manejo de metodologías de mejora de procesos: Familiaridad con Lean, Six Sigma o marcos similares.
