Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Contábil Júnior para integrar nosso time de Finanças. Procuramos alguém organizado(a), analítico(a) e com vontade de aprender, que tenha interesse em desenvolver conhecimentos em contabilidade, fiscal e planejamento financeiro em um ambiente multinacional, colaborando com diferentes áreas e apoiando processos essenciais para o negócio. O que você vai fazer Apoiar o processo de fechamento contábil mensal, realizando lançamentos, análises básicas de contas e suporte à preparação de reports. Auxiliar nas conciliações contábeis e bancárias, identificando e reportando diferenças. Organizar e manter controles de documentos, registros e evidências contábeis. Apoiar o controle de provisões de despesas e o acompanhamento de reversões. Auxiliar no acompanhamento e controle de impostos diretos e indiretos (IRPJ, CSLL, ISS, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, VAT DUAL), realizando conferências de bases, prazos e informações. Dar suporte ao controle de imposto de renda e obrigações acessórias, garantindo organização e consistência das informações. Apoiar análises relacionadas à reforma tributária, contribuindo com levantamentos e organização de impactos. Dar suporte aos processos de budget e forecast, auxiliando na coleta, organização e validação de informações financeiras. Apoiar a revisão e análise de despesas, garantindo a correta classificação contábil. Contribuir para a melhoria de processos internos, controles e fluxos financeiros. Auxiliar na organização de informações relacionadas a transfer pricing, sob orientação da equipe sênior e consultores externos. Apoiar análises básicas de fluxo de caixa, reconciliações, faturamento e controle de notas fiscais recebidas. Interagir com áreas como Financeiro, Fiscal, Contas a Pagar e FP&A para coleta e validação de informações. Colaborar com equipes e demandas de outros países da América Latina, quando necessário. O que buscamos Formação completa ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas. Conhecimento básico em contabilidade e fiscal, incluindo conceitos de débito e crédito, classificação de despesas e impostos. Inglês intermediário para leitura e comunicação com equipes de uma empresa multinacional. Conhecimento de Excel em nível básico a intermediário, incluindo fórmulas, filtros e organização de dados. Perfil analítico, organizado, atento aos detalhes e com interesse em desenvolvimento contínuo. Boa comunicação, facilidade para trabalhar em equipe e capacidade de atuar em um ambiente dinâmico. Será um diferencial Experiência prévia em estágio ou posição júnior nas áreas Contábil, Fiscal, Auditoria ou Financeira. Conhecimento ou interesse em temas relacionados à reforma tributária. Experiência com sistemas ERP, como SAP, Oracle, Workday ou similares. Vivência em empresas multinacionais, escritórios contábeis ou Big Four. Perfil proativo, com capacidade de identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos e controles.
