Job Description: To ensure operational excellence across payroll processes for the assigned Brazilian subsidiaries, delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations while maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders; This role will serve as a key technical resource for Brazil Payroll, contributing to process standardization, continuous improvement initiatives, and payroll transformation projects. Gradually, the incumbent will develop knowledge of LATAM payroll operations, supporting regional integration and strengthening the team's operational sustainability in a collaborative and multicultural environment. The position is ideal for professionals passionate about payroll operations, continuous learning, and expanding their experience within a regional (LATAM) environment. The Senior Payroll Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and efficiency, directly impacting employee satisfaction, financial reporting integrity, and regulatory adherence. Key Job Responsabilities: Manage and validate end-to-end payroll processing for assigned Brazilian subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery; Act as the primary point of contact between the HR Shared Services Center, payroll vendor, Finance, Local HR, and other stakeholders Review payroll calculations, social charges, accruals, payroll accounting, and statutory obligations to ensure compliance with Brazilian labor and tax regulations; Support the assessment of labor, tax, and regulatory changes impacting payroll processes, ensuring timely updates to systems and procedures; Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce payroll errors Participate in payroll transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the optimization of payroll operations; Share technical knowledge and support the development of other team members when appropriate; Gradually develop knowledge of LATAM payroll operations, contributing to regional process integration, knowledge sharing, and business continuity; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on payroll-related matters, including statutory reporting and financial reconciliation; Monitor and analyze payroll metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Economics, or related fields Postgraduate studies or professional certifications in Human Resources, Payroll, Labor Law, or related disciplines are considered a plus Previous

Experience

Solid experience managing end-to-end Brazilian payroll processes in medium or large organizations

Experience

working in a Shared Services Center (SSC) environment is highly desirable Previous experience managing payroll vendors and cross-functional stakeholders

Experience

participating in process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives Exposure to regional (LATAM) payroll operations is considered a plus Hard Skills Strong knowledge of Brazilian Labor and Social Security legislation Solid understanding of end-to-end payroll processes

Experience

with payroll accounting, accruals, statutory reporting, and compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) Skills and
