About the role: As the Team Leader for our Accounts Receivable department, you’ll guide a talented team focused on servicing the EMEA. Your role goes beyond managing the complexities of these markets. It’s about cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, instilling confidence, and ensuring seamless operations. If this is you, we’d love to talk. What you will do: Steer the team towards shared objectives with a focus on collaborative success. Ensure team activities align with accounting principles, regulations, and standards, while overseeing accurate and timely accounting services and ledger postings. Craft and apply metrics to assess and guide team performance over time. Verify the accuracy and integrity of accounting functions and reports, and manage the resolution of claims and issuance of necessary adjustments. Actively participate in the development of new services, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. Lead in the identification and implementation of solutions, support audits, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and communication. Offer day-to-day leadership, emphasizing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to foster a skilled and responsive team. Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent field. Preferred experience with leading teams. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, PowerBi, Microsoft Excel. Strong assertive leadership, influencing and persuasion skills, stakeholder management, the ability to build trust and credibility, excellent communication, and high emotional intelligence to navigate complex and high-pressure environments.
