Your core responsibilities include: Support budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor and analyze production plant costs and performance Identify, investigate, and report cost variances Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports Deliver ad hoc financial analyses to support decision-making Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data Collaborate closely with Accounting during closing and reporting activities Analyze and manage large datasets using MS Excel Partner with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to drive business performance Profile and Qualifications: Fluent in Czech and proficient in English University/secondary school education in accounting, finance, economics or related field, also suitable for graduates. Previous experience in controlling, finance or accounting is an advantage. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
