The WSM Technician role is key within these teams, responsible for delivering hands-on IT support to business customers across both office and warehouse environments, including Operational Technology (OT) devices critical to logistics operations. About the role You will play a critical role in supporting warehouse and office operations by providing hands-on IT and OT technical support in a fast-paced logistics environment. As a WSM Technician, you will ensure that all operational devices—such as scanners, printers, and workstations—are fully functional, properly maintained, and aligned with business needs. You will work closely with global support teams, local operations, and vendors to maintain system stability and enable seamless warehouse workflows across multiple shifts. Responsibilities
Provide onsite IT and OT support for incidents and service requests that require physical intervention Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network infrastructure equipment Support warehouse devices including RF scanners, barcode scanners, label printers, and workstations Perform install, move, add, and change (IMAC) activities for IT and OT assets Track, audit, and manage lifecycle of IT and OT assets, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance Troubleshoot warehouse systems and applications (e.g., WMS, RF tools) and assist operational users on the floor Support LAN connectivity, cabling, and wireless infrastructure, coordinating with network teams when needed Configure, validate, and deploy OT devices to ensure operational readiness for warehouse workflows Assist with office moves, warehouse setup, and infrastructure staging in collaboration with Facilities Provide on-call support and respond to incidents impacting multi-shift warehouse operations Coordinate with global service desk teams, vendors, and OT specialists for escalations and repairs Who we are looking for We encourage candidates to apply even if you do not meet every qualification.
Experience
providing onsite IT support, ideally in warehouse or logistics environments Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs, peripherals, and basic networking Familiarity with warehouse IT/OT devices such as RF scanners, handheld terminals, and label printers Understanding of warehouse workflows, including WMS, scanning, and packing processes
