Über die Stelle Du wirst Teil eines engagierten Produktionsteams, das hochwertige biologische Flüssigkeiten weiterverarbeitet, die eine zentrale Rolle in unseren innovativen Produkten spielen. In Deiner Rolle als Associate Operations unterstützt Du aktiv den Produktionsprozess – von der Abfüllung bis zur Lyophilisation – und arbeitest dabei in einem GMP‑regulierten Umfeld. Neben der operativen Mitarbeit bringst Du Dich mit eigenen Ideen zur Prozessverbesserung ein und trägst so kontinuierlich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Herstellprozesse bei. Deine Aufgaben Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, dynamischen Produktionsteam bei der Abfüllung und Etikettierung biologischer Flüssigkeiten (z. B.
