Responsibilities
Operate, set up, disassemble, clean, and reassemble granulation equipment. Ensure equipment and work areas are cleaned between batches to prevent cross-contamination and maintain GMP compliance. Monitor process parameters to ensure consistency and product quality - Perform visual inspections to identify defects or irregularities. Read, review, and train on SOPs using internal systems. Complete documentation and support production metrics as required. Build effective working relationships across teams. Work independently or collaboratively in a team environment. Follow all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Equivalent education, training, or experience will be considered. 3–5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, biochemical, or food manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience
working in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally move drums weighing up to 300 lbs. Ability to work safely with heavy equipment. Regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands to handle equipment and tools. Good vision, hearing, and communication abilities required. May be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Must not be allergic to chemicals or bio substances found in production environments.
