We are looking for a Shop Technician to report to our Sudbury location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area. What your day will look like as a Shop Technician • Evaluate, repair, and conduct mechanical and electrical testing of submersible wastewater pumps • Operating industrial equipment in a shop environment such as forklift, overhead cranes, etc. • Working with various Company provided hand and power tools • Accurate record keeping inside Xylem’s work-order management system • Create and maintain a safe and organized working environment and culture within the organization • Take care of company property • Demonstrates High Impact Culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment • Must be able to function in a team environment • Usually works with direct supervision but can work independently if needed

for a Shop Technician HS diploma or equivalent 0-3 years technical experience preferred- industrial or commercial process water experience a plus • Electrically and mechanically inclined • Demonstrates critical thinking and troubleshooting ability • Comprehend technical information and communicate it clearly •
