A Day in the Life Step into a high-impact leadership role where you will shape the performance, reliability, and long-term strategy of a complex multi-site facilities network across the Massachusetts and Canada Hub. In this role, you will lead facilities operations supporting manufacturing, R&D, administrative, and other regulated environments, ensuring safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operations across multiple locations. As a key business partner, you will work closely with Operations, Quality, EHS, Engineering, Finance, Sourcing, and site leadership to deliver infrastructure reliability, business continuity, and forward-looking asset management strategies. This is a strong opportunity for a strategic facilities leader who enjoys balancing operational excellence, capital planning, team leadership, and continuous improvement in highly regulated environments. You will also play an essential role in creating workplaces and technical environments that enable innovation, productivity, safety, and growth. This role is based at our Danvers facility Lead facilities operations across multiple sites, including manufacturing, laboratory, office, warehouse, and cleanroom environments Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant facility performance while meeting EHS, Quality, OSHA, FDA, and corporate standards Oversee preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and reliability programs through CMMS platforms to maximize uptime and operational continuity Develop and execute capital projects, infrastructure upgrades, and facility improvement initiatives from planning through completion Manage critical building systems and utilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, compressed air, and other essential infrastructure Own operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, control costs, and optimize facility performance Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, service agreements, and contractor performance to ensure strong service delivery and accountability Drive energy management, sustainability, and utility reduction initiatives that support both business and environmental objectives Support business continuity, emergency preparedness, risk mitigation, and site resilience planning Provide leadership, coaching, and development for facilities personnel and site support teams, building a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer service Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align facilities strategies with business growth, manufacturing priorities, and workplace experience goals Travel up to 20% Must Haves Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of Facilities experience OR advanced degree and 3+ years of experience Nice to Have Certified Facilities Manager, Facilities Management Professional or equivalent certification Project Management Professional Certification

PR) locations (USD):$106,400.00 - $159,600.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
