For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Senior Executive-Stores Job Description The Sr. Executive – Stores manages dispatch, invoicing, and store operations for domestic and export activities in compliance with cGMP. Key responsibilities include preparing labels, sales invoices, E-Invoices/E-Waybills, GRNs, and quarantine labels, along with receiving, storing, and dispensing materials. The role also covers QMS documentation (Change Control, Deviation, OOS, CAPA), maintaining dispatch/QR registers, Trackwise/Ensur documentation, training coordination, and ensuring safety and equipment calibration compliance. Assisting in Preparation and Printing of Labels of Domestic & Export dispatch. Preparation of Sales Invoice of (Local & Export). Preparation of E-Invoice & E-Waybill of (Local, Export & Import). Distribute a copy of the PO to QC & QA along with Issuance of Label form. Issue Packing Instruction for SPPS dept. & Wired Seal requisition Maintain register of Record for QR Code Printed Label as per GMP rules. Maintain register of Dispatch Distribution as per GMP rules. Assisting in giving stock of Secondary Packaging Materials of Finished Goods Maintaining stock of Finished Goods. Handling of Documents in Trackwise and Ensur software. Maintaining Sale Report of Export & Domestic. Handling QMS Documentation Change Controls, Deviations. Out of Specification, CAPA Audit preparation, compliance, and response to audit reports To fill all dispatch related documents and Format as per SOP Training Coordinator for stores dept. Preparation of monthly MIS reports Storing the materials as per their storage condition at designated place Taking Inward entry & Preparing GRN of received materials & sending it to QC Dept. for sampling & analysis. Preparing quarantine label & getting it pasted to each container by the worker. Updating stock register with the receipt entry. Dispensing/Issuing of materials to production as per the requisition and updating the stock register for the same Updating daily records like area cleaning, Temp. & Rh, balance verification.
