You will be responsible for: Driving raw material cost planning, cash flow management, and corporate reporting for the India business. Leading the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for raw material costs and cash flow. Developing accurate monthly cash flow forecasts, identifying variances, and recommending actions to optimize working capital. Providing strategic financial insights to support cost optimization and business decision-making. Driving forecasting excellence by improving financial planning processes and implementing automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Managing corporate financial reporting, month-end closing activities, and ensuring timely and accurate financial submissions. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver value through financial analysis and actionable recommendations. Preparing management reports, dashboards, and financial analytics to support strategic decision-making. Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and presenting insights to senior leadership. Continuously improving financial processes, controls, and reporting standards to drive operational excellence. What you'll bring: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Minimum 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, corporate reporting, cash flow management, and business partnering. Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in raw material cost planning, cash flow management, and corporate financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Strong business partnering, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
