Your Impact As HR Business Partner, you'll work alongside business leaders and managers to translate business priorities into effective people solutions. What You'll Do Partner with the Business Build trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia. Provide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. Understand business priorities and translate them into people’s initiatives that support performance and growth. Act as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate day-to-day people’s challenges. Talent & Organisation Support organisational design and workforce planning initiatives. Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning discussions. Identify development opportunities and partner on learning initiatives that help people reach their full potential. Partner with our Labour Relations Lead on employee relations and performance management matters. Support annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary reviews and talent discussions. Help create a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture where people feel engaged and supported. Champion our Henry Schein values everything you do. Data & Continuous Improvement Use people’s insights and HR data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements. Participate in local and regional HR projects. Experience
A minimum of five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role. Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and core HR processes.
Experience
supporting managers in a dynamic business environment. Previous experience within an international or matrix organisation would be an advantage. Knowledge of the Spanish labour market; exposure to Portugal is a plus. Professional fluency in English. Advanced Excel skills and experience with Workday are highly valued. Previous experience working in Human Resources teams with a Center of Excellence (CoE) model would be appreciated. Personal Qualities Proactive and self-motivated. Practical, business-oriented and solutions focused. Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills. Well organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
