Deine Aufgaben An unserem Standort in Hilden (nahe Düsseldorf) bist du verantwortlich für die Reparatur, Fehlersuche und Wartung von Laborgeräten für unsere QIAGEN Kunden Du verfolgst die Serviceziele und Schlüsselindikatoren zur Aufrechterhaltung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit Das Arbeiten unter Einhaltung interner Qualitätsmanagement-Richtlinien und des Berichtswesens, sowie der kundenspezifischen Arbeitsanweisungen zählt ebenso zu deinen Tätigkeiten Du wickelst den kompletten Reparaturfluss vom Wareneingang bis zum Warenausgang ab Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Datenpflege und die Reporterstellung in unseren internen Datensystemen, z.B SalesForce Bei Bedarf unterstützt du auch unser Ersatzteilmanagement Dein Profil Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen Bereich: z.B.
