About the Role As a Senior Technology Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of technology products supporting the TAA Scandinavia business within Wolters Kluwer's DXG division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize customer needs, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that create measurable business value. You will serve as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunities to ensure successful product delivery and continuous improvement. Key

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business priorities and customer outcomes. Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify emerging trends, unmet needs, and growth opportunities. Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Architecture, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities. Lead product discovery, feature prioritization, and release planning throughout the Agile development lifecycle. Monitor product performance using customer feedback, usage analytics, and key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Coordinate beta programs, validate product hypotheses, and incorporate customer insights into future releases. Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and post-release optimization activities. Identify and proactively mitigate product, delivery, and operational risks while managing dependencies across teams. Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, and delivery progress to executive leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications

Proven experience managing enterprise software or SaaS products throughout the product lifecycle. Strong expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and Agile product management. Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, business analysis, and product documentation.

Experience

conducting market research, customer discovery, and competitive analysis. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer, operational, and business data to guide product decisions. Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centered design methodologies.

Experience

working with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Demonstrated ability to identify risks, resolve complex problems, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

working within regulated industries or enterprise information services. Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, APIs, integrations, and modern software architectures. Knowledge of product analytics, experimentation, and outcome-driven product management. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
