Job description

Job Description We are seeking a skilled SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Developer to design, implement, and maintain customer identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP CDC (Gigya), strong integration expertise, and the ability to deliver secure and scalable customer data solutions. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement SAP CDC (Gigya) solutions, including registration, login, consent, and profile management flows. Customize CDC workflows and policies based on business requirements. Integrate SAP CDC with backend systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud and third-party applications. Configure and manage APIs, webhooks, and extensions within SAP CDC. Implement security best practices, including authentication (SSO), authorization, and data protection. Handle identity federation and consent management. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user authentication, data flows, and integrations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, and DevOps teams. Support deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of CDC implementations. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

in SAP CX ecosystem (Commerce, Marketing, Sales Cloud). Knowledge of JDK upgrades, middleware integration, or API gateways. Exposure to security and compliance frameworks. SAP CDC/Gigya certification (if available).

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya). Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and web services integration.

Experience

with JavaScript, HTML, and web application development. Hands-on integration experience with SAP Commerce Cloud or other SAP CX products is preferred. Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect.

Experience

with SSO implementations and social identity providers. Familiarity with cloud environments and CI/CD practices. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Typically, to advance to a new job level, a candidate must demonstrate professional behaviour and should consistently be at the high end of meeting expectations or consistently exceed expectations. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Hybrid role with an expected on site presence in our new Dublin office 2-3 days per week. No special physical demands required.
