Business Controlling Analyst About the Role As a Business Controlling Analyst, you will be a key partner to the business, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, provide insights, and contribute to achieving business objectives through effective controlling practices. What You Will Do Support financial closing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods • Prepare reports and dashboards for management review • Assist in budget and forecast preparation and follow-up • Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions • Improve controlling processes and reporting efficiency • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to support performance • Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • 2–4 years of experience in controlling, finance, or business analysis • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP or similar systems is an advantage • Ability to work with large datasets and translate them into insights • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented , English B1.
