Where You'll Make a Difference Design and implement enterprise-scale data pipelines and advanced analytics dashboards, including solutions powered by artificial intelligence-enabled analytics tools such as Microsoft Copilot Agents and Claude. Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and modeling workflows across structured data environments and cloud-based platforms. Build and implement best-practice solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data products. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business and finance requirements, including Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), and Record to Report (RTR), into actionable data strategies. Develop robust, governed Power BI datasets and dashboards that enable self-service analytics and data-driven decision making across the organization. Implement and maintain data governance, data quality, security, and compliance standards across analytics initiatives. Deliver advanced analytics insights and reporting that support operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic decision making. Partner with business, finance, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, innovation, and data transformation. Contribute to a culture of technical excellence by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting the growth of data engineering and analytics capabilities within the team. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related disciplines. Expert-level proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies. Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI. Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling cloud-based data pipelines and analytics platforms. Solid understanding of finance process domains, including Order to Cash (OTC), Source to Pay (STP), and Record to Report (RTR). Deep understanding of data modeling, orchestration, governance, and performance optimization. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences. Fluent English language skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with enterprise-grade data orchestration tools, including Snowflake orchestration capabilities. Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for advanced data transformation, automation, and visualization, combined with familiarity with Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and Git.
