Drive program management and execution of L&D CoE initiatives, including functional academies, leadership programs, and various projects. Manage the L&D journey, ensuring effective stakeholder management at all levels until program completion/closure. Manage end-to-end execution of learning programs including scheduling, LMS deployment, participant communication, faculty/vendor coordination, and session readiness, along with pre- and post-training program activities. Monitor program health across deployment, tracking, reporting, and completion; identify risks and proactively manage escalations to ensure timely and seamless delivery. Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for program tracking, reporting, and stakeholder follow-ups. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate for ensuring nominations, follow-ups, and closure for various training programs and any other support required. Work with SMEs in execution of the learning journey. Coordinate with employees to resolve queries related to LMS or process. Custodian between external vendors/facilitators and internal learning team for content or any initiative. System / Process Management: Administer the LMS and manage CoE learning data. Administer LMS operations including backend configuration, course setup, user management, and issue resolution. Ensure data integrity, system hygiene, and seamless user experience across digital learning platforms. Continuously improve LMS utilization through workflow enhancements, integrations, and system capabilities. Support LMS migration initiatives including data accuracy, audit trail, and smooth transition experience (UI/UX). Explore process or learning journey automation, create and maintain learning dashboards. Data Management & Learning Analytics: Training data and other CoE initiatives data management on the LMS for reporting and regulatory purposes. Provide learning data for various audits, monthly reviews/any other reviews, and regulatory requirements. Own L&D reporting (PLU VC and QlikSense) ensuring high data accuracy and timely delivery. Generate actionable insights from learning data to support HR and business decision-making. Analyze trends across participation, completion, and effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility on program performance and learning metrics. Mandatory Learning Governance & Compliance: Own end-to-end governance of mandatory learning (PLU VC & Non-PLU VC) including LMS configuration, deployment, tracking, and reporting. Drive 100% completion within defined timelines in collaboration with BHRs and business teams. Establish tracking mechanisms, dashboards, and escalation frameworks for compliance adherence. Ensure audit readiness and provide accurate data for internal, external, and regulatory audits. Invoices and Budget Reconciliation: Processing invoices for CoE team. Responsible for budget reconciliation for L&D BCoE and ensuring financial prudence and effective administration. Track and manage L&D budget including expense booking, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure adherence to financial guidelines, procurement processes, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure transparency in reporting and reconciliation. Vendor & Commercial Coordination: Manage end-to-end vendor coordination including onboarding, contracting support, scheduling, and delivery management. Track vendor performance and ensure adherence to defined SLAs and quality standards. Drive efficient invoice processing and timely closure of financial transactions. Support cost optimization and budget adherence across L&D interventions. PLU Administration, Logistics & Infrastructure: Own PLU administration including infrastructure readiness, program logistics, and vendor coordination for all learning interventions. Ensure seamless coordination for venue readiness (physical/virtual), materials, and session logistics. Drive operational excellence to ensure high-quality execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
