What You'll Do: You will be in-charge of e-commerce strategy and performance, driving online channel growth throughplatform strategies, customer engagement models and digital execution frameworks You will work with a multi-market scope that includes China, Japan and ASEAN markets, with a potentialto expand to India in the future You will be responsible in defining regional e-commerce strategy across platform and business modeland developing channel-specific value propositions and digital growth strategies You will manage business planning and expansion, drive campaigns, promotions and platformpartnerships, online performance review, customer, product strategy integration and utilize insights tooptimize customer engagement What Will Set You Apart: You must have a solid understanding of e-commerce including marketplaces, D2C and platforms dynamics You must have expertise in digital shelf management, content optimization and conversion drivers You must have the ability to manage online pricing, promotion and campaign execution to drive traffic andsales You must have the ability to manage online pricing, promotions and campaign execution to drive trafficand sales You must have excellent analytical capability across traffic, conversion and basket size and ROI metrics You must have a solid experience in managing channel performance and growth and customerrelationships What We're Looking For: You must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field You must have at least 8-12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital orcommercial roles (.e g.. TUHU, JD, T-Mall) You must have a solid experience in managing online sales channels and platformperformance; digital campaign experience is a plus You must be knowledgeable in digital analytics and reporting tools Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
