Brand Manager Feminine Care CEE About the Role We are looking for a passionate and strategic Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our Feminine Care portfolio (Libresse) across the CEE region (focus Hungary and Poland). This role is ideal for a commercially-minded marketer who combines strong consumer understanding with the ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies and market-winning activation plans. As Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping brand growth, driving innovation, and ensuring successful execution across diverse local markets. You will work in close partnership with x-functional teams, regional stakeholders and local commercial organizations to deliver sustainable business results and strengthen brand equity. What You will do: Develop and execute brand strategies that drive sustainable growth across CEE markets while addressing local consumer and customer needs. Lead the adaptation and implementation of regional and global brand strategies, ensuring local relevance and commercial excellence. Identify growth opportunities through deep consumer, shopper and customer understanding, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives. Drive successful execution of new brand strategies, portfolio initiatives, innovations, and integrated campaigns across multiple markets. Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, Regulatory and local market teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution. Lead brand repositioning initiatives and support transformation projects that strengthen brand relevance and competitiveness. Monitor business performance, market dynamics and competitive activity, proactively recommending actions to achieve growth targets. Manage marketing investments effectively and evaluate campaign performance to maximize ROI. Foster collaboration, influence stakeholders and drive engagement across a broad network of regional and local teams. Who You are: University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. Several (5-7) years of experience in Brand Management, preferably within FMCG. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies that have delivered measurable business results. Experience in brand repositioning, portfolio development, and/or successful implementation of strategic growth initiatives. Strong understanding of consumer, shopper and customer dynamics across CEE markets. Commercially oriented mindset with experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Customer Marketing or other customer-facing functions considered a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed, international environment. Strong x-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority. Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term brand building with short-term business performance. Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and insights into actionable business recommendations. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluent English.
