This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Our client is a leading ecommerce retailer in the wellness and recovery space specializing in premium saunas, cold plunges, red light therapy equipment, sauna heaters, and high-end wellness installations for residential customers across the United States. As the company continues scaling its global sales organization, they are focused on delivering a highly consultative, education-first buying experience for customers making significant investments in their homes and wellness lifestyles.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will manage consultative, conversation-driven sales interactions focused on helping customers navigate high-ticket wellness and home installation purchases typically ranging from $10K–$50K+. This role requires someone who can build trust quickly, educate customers clearly, simplify technical information, and confidently guide buyers through the full sales cycle in a fast-paced inbound sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full Sales Cycle Ownership

  • Manage inbound leads from qualification through close.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations via phone and video.
  • Understand customer goals, wellness needs, and space requirements.
  • Handle objections, pricing conversations, and product recommendations in real time.

Customer Education & Solution Selling

  • Educate customers on sauna systems, heater options, installation considerations, and configurations.
  • Simplify technical product information in a clear and confident manner.
  • Recommend best-fit solutions based on customer needs, goals, and use cases.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Maintain ownership of pipeline management and follow-up processes.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and closed deals accurately.
  • Consistently work toward sales and conversion targets in a high-performance environment.

Relationship Building

  • Build customer trust through strong communication and active listening.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience throughout the buying journey.
  • Ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident in their purchasing decisions.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years of B2C or consultative sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and close deals.
  • Experience handling high-ticket customer conversations preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional spoken English with strong clarity and articulation.
  • Strong listening skills and natural conversational ability.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and educate customers effectively.
  • Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn complex products.
