Responsibilities
Participate in hands-on training within assigned departments (e.g., Production, Engineering, IT, Business Operations). Attend and complete theoretical training modules delivered by partnered training institutions. Support daily operational tasks under supervision. Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality standards. Assist in projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrate adherence to safety, health, and environmental guidelines. Maintain training records/logbooks as required by the program. Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and team members. Learning Objectives Develop technical expertise in assigned field. Gain understanding of business processes and workflows. Build problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
