We are looking for a quality-minded Software Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure our platform continues to deliver best-in-class experiences for legal operations teams. You'll be embedded in a collaborative Product Feature team, designing and executing test cases that validate the features our customers rely on every day. The role is a mix of manual and automation testing, and our team increasingly uses AI to make testing more efficient. You'll be expected to bring AI tools into your workflow where it makes sense, whether that's generating test cases, accelerating automation scripts, or speeding up root-cause analysis. As the voice of quality within the team, you'll influence process improvements, strengthen our testing practices, and grow your skills while helping Brightflag continue to scale. What You Will Be Doing Work closely within an agile team (Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX Designers, Software QA) to ensure product feature quality Define, develop and maintain test cases with data sets & configurations Organise test set priorities and ranking which will flow into regression pack and automation test suites Execute manual testing for feature verification and regression Influence quality process improvements to act as an agent of change within the organisation Grow as a valued quality assurance colleague by increasing your product knowledge & skill set to enhance Brightflag’s product quality Participate in Sprint Refinements & Planning for sizing of testing effort, utilise retrospectives to improve teamwork Leverage AI-assisted testing tools to accelerate test case generation, test data creation, and coverage analysis and to help write and maintain automation scripts more efficiently Skills &

To be successful in the role, you need: Minimum of 3 year hands-on functional testing experience Demonstrated ability to write & maintain test cases with the ability to write good bug reports
