About the role: Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring stable Direct Procurement operations while driving effective IT solutions? As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring stable daily operations while driving meaningful improvements across SAP-supported procurement processes. Building on a strong foundation, this role needs someone who not only supports and analyzes, but increasingly acts as a solution owner, leads discussions with business stakeholders, and contributes to major initiatives go‑lives, projects, and continuous improvement efforts. You will work closely with global teams, balancing run support with project work. What you will do: Act as the primary IT point of contact and functional lead for Direct Procurement, owning the full lifecycle from daily support to solution design and delivery. Provide first and second line support for SAP MM, resolving incidents, coordinating tickets, and ensuring stable operations. Lead functional analysis and solution definition for enhancements, new demands, and change requests, translating business needs into clear specifications. Play a key role in Essity-wide digital transformation project for Source to Pay, including gap analysis, data migration testing, validation, and data quality assurance for upcoming go‑lives. Contribute to and, over time, take ownership of specific solutions or sub‑domains, acting as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders. Support projects and small project management activities, including planning, coordination, testing, and go‑live support. Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and global IT teams, ensuring smooth handovers and effective solution implementation. Drive continuous improvement of procurement processes, user experience, and system usage through training, documentation, and proactive stakeholder engagement. Who you are: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Business Informatics, Mathematics or similar. SAP (S4/Hana, MM, ECC) knowledge and Office 365. SAP ABAP and SAP Fiori skills would be an advantage. Experience in Project Management and contact with Direct Procurement. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative team player with an analytical mindset, and a solution‑oriented professional who proactively drives outcomes.
