Job description

We're hiring a TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager to join Sophie Society's TikTok Shop team. This is a junior-level role focused on building genuine relationships with affiliates and growing the creator communities for the brands we manage on TikTok Shop. Most of these brands are US-based, so all creator-facing communication happens in English. The day-to-day is hands-on relationship work: finding creators, reaching out, onboarding them, keeping them active, and helping each brand's community grow. What you'll do:

Affiliate & Creator Relationships

  • Build and nurture relationships with TikTok Shop affiliates and creators across multiple US-based brands
  • Source and reach out to new creators with personalized messages (not generic or AI-generated)
  • Onboard new affiliates: walk them through the brand, the product, commissions, and how to get started
  • Re-engage dormant or inactive affiliates to bring them back into the program
  • Negotiate basic commission terms and coordinate sample/seeding shipments and follow-ups
  • Track creator activity: videos posted, GMV generated, views, and engagement

Community Growth

  • Grow and manage each brand's creator community (Discord and group chats)
  • Keep creators engaged through regular communication, challenges, contests, and shoutouts
  • Run monthly creator challenges and incentive campaigns, including bonus tracking
  • Distribute creator briefs and keep creators aligned on content direction and promos

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate flash sales and time-sensitive promos with affiliates (notify, brief, activate)
  • Keep the creator CRM / tracker up to date
  • Provide weekly updates on creator activity, sample status, and GMV
  • Work closely with the wider TikTok Shop and Amazon teams to stay aligned with each brand's goals

Requirements:

  • Fluent, professional English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable on TikTok and across social platforms
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple brands and workflows at once
  • Self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup
  • Reliable internet and some daily overlap with US business hours

Nice to have:

  • 1+ year of experience as a community manager. Not a hard requirement, but a real differentiator
  • Experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, or creator/influencer marketing
  • Experience managing Discord or other creator communities
  • E-commerce / DTC / Amazon brand background
  • Spanish & English speaker (most of our team is LATAM-based)
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Cruva, and Kalodata Salary: $500-600 USD per month
