The Supply Chain Sr Manager for Colombia is responsible for guiding the organization toward best‑in‑class customer service, optimized inventory, and competitive cost‑to‑serve. This role strengthens S&OP processes by fostering collaboration, transparency, and data‑driven decision-making across Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Marketing. It establishes governance for long‑term strategic planning while driving AOP alignment with regional and local leadership. Additionally, the role oversees operational excellence metrics and leads initiatives that build sustainable end‑to‑end supply chain capabilities. What You’ll Do Lead Colombia’s Go‑to‑Market S&OP process, ensuring alignment with regional expectations and global standards, and overseeing preparation, quality inputs, and execution of actions. Serve as the process owner for Demand Planning by reducing forecast bias, improving forecast accuracy, and ensuring demand generation and fulfillment plans are executed effectively. Oversee warehouse and transportation operations managed by 3PLs, driving continuous improvement and monitoring performance. Manage cost‑to‑serve budgets and customer supply chain processes, including order management, logistics coordination, and developing competitive service policies. Foster a customer‑centric, continuous‑improvement culture, integrating supply chain into the company’s overall value proposition. Support regional supply chain alignment with the Colombia factory, develop local supply chain talent, and participate in regional leadership to define strategy and governance. What Will Set You Apart Experience of al least 7-9 years in supply chain functions Experience as a manager and leading teams Fluent in English in written, speaking and listening conversations End to end supply chain expertise including demand planning, customer supply chain management, S&OP, Inventory Planning, Export/Import operations and foreign trade.
