Job description

In this role, you will support business activities across the region. You will assist in planning and driving channel development initiatives, helping to accelerate overall business growth. Retail & Trade Marketing You will execute the MBR/BRO retail visibility and activation blueprint (including signage, POSM, planogram standards, and overall retail experience). You will lead end-to-end planning of focused campaigns, ensuring seamless ATL and BTL integration. You will design and execute shop activation playbooks, new outlet onboarding kits, and periodic refresh programs. Performance Management & Scorecards You will develop and own the performance measurement framework, covering metrics such as coverage, throughput, penetration, and other key indicators. You will track ROI on trade marketing spends, schemes, and activations, and recommend data-driven optimization actions. Market & Competitive Intelligence You will build a structured intelligence framework to track competitor pricing, schemes, service offerings, retail formats, and execution quality. You will map the MBR universe—including size, segmentation, retailer economics, and customer purchase behavior—to refine and strengthen strategy. Cross-Functional Collaboration You will act as the primary link between Channel Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Agencies for all MBR initiatives. You will align regional CDMs and Sales teams on quarterly priorities, commercial constructs, and activation calendars. You will ensure flawless execution of initiatives while maintaining continuous feedback loops from the field. Category / Channel Growth You will define and implement key building blocks for Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, along with physical enablers that drive business growth and sustainability. You will manage and optimize channel strategies to maximize sales, market share, and overall performance, working closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment. Sales Analysis You will analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-through, and retail data) to identify distribution gaps, emerging opportunities, and potential risks. You will provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance channel performance and close sales gaps.
