Job Description Agreement Manager Associate Location:Colombia, Bogota Modality:Hybrid You will report to: Manager Global , Temporary Agreement Language Requirement: Advanced English (mandatory) Position Summary The Agreement Manager Associate reviews, analyzes, and approves Special Price Requests (SPRs) using data analytics within an Industry Affinity model and with Delegation of Authority limits. Under the guidance of the Global Agreements Manager and with moderate management, you will leverage analytical tools and procedures to related to customer pricing agreements and commercial strategies. This position meaningfully contributes in evaluating market indicators, customer needs, and product positioning to ensure and profitable agreements across regions. Important
Responsibilities
Pricing and Agreements Management Review, analyze, and approve Special Price Requests (SPRs) following company policies and Delegation of Authority. Support approval of Customer Special Price Agreements using data-driven insights. Ensure pricing decisions align with business strategy, profitability, and market competitiveness. Data Analysis & Decision-making Analyze market indicators, pricing trends, and customer data to support commercial decisions. Interpret data from internal systems to evaluate project opportunities. Use advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to perform data analysis, reporting, and scenario modeling. Create insights that support purchase orders and pricing strategies. Commercial & Market Evaluation Evaluate specific customer projects and opportunities, understanding product mix and sales strategies. Assess market conditions and competitive positioning to guide pricing approvals. Make decisions around what products to sell and at what price point. Collaboration Work with global teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations. Collaborate with Global Agreement Managers to ensure agreement and consistency. Participate in discussions to support commercial and pricing strategies across regions. Systems and Tools Work with tools such as: SAP Advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, modeling) Main
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial operations, or similar roles.
Experience
in data analysis and interpretation.
Experience
of Excel (mandatory).
Experience
working with SAP or similar ERP systems. Analyze market indicators and translate them into decisions.
Experience
evaluating projects, pricing, and commercial terms. Work with global teams in a multicultural environment. Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience
with pricing tools or analytics platforms Background in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial environments. Exposure to delegation of authority frameworks and pricing governance.
