We're looking for an International Product Manager who is eager to learn, take ownership and make a visible impact in a truly international business. Why this role is different This is much more than a traditional Product Management role. You'll work across international markets, collaborating with colleagues from Marketing, R&D, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to help shape the future of our Endodontics portfolio. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the product lifecycle - from market analysis and product strategy to international launches and portfolio development. International travel (approximately 15–25%) will be part of the role. What you'll be doing As our International Product Manager, you'll contribute to the strategy and commercial success of our Endodontics portfolio by: Supporting the development and execution of international product strategies. Managing products throughout their lifecycle, from concept to commercialization. Identifying market opportunities through customer insights, market research and competitive analysis. Developing product positioning, pricing recommendations and value propositions. Supporting international product launches alongside cross-functional teams. Building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), distributors and commercial teams. Monitoring portfolio performance and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and growth. What success looks like During your first year, you'll: Become a trusted product expert within the international team. Successfully support product launches across multiple markets. Build strong relationships with commercial teams and clinical experts. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the global Endodontics market. Deliver measurable business impact through strategic product management. Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who combines curiosity, strategic thinking and a passion for improving healthcare. You'll be a great fit if you have: At least five years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Category Management within Dental, Medical Devices or Healthcare. Strong analytical and commercial thinking.
Experience
working with cross-functional and multicultural teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to turn customer insights into business opportunities.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate studies will be considered an advantage. Languages Fluent English (required). Spanish and English bilingual capabilities are highly valued.
