The Role & Your Impact As a Packaging Supervisor, you will lead and manage 2nd shift production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all activities. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on execution and operational excellence. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing shift production operations to meet performance targets Building, coaching, and developing a high-performing team Driving safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance Delivering continuous improvement initiatives and optimizing operations Providing operational support and coordinating across functions within WEA This role has a local operational focus and works closely with site leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. What You’ll Need to Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should bring: A Bachelor’s degree in a business or science-related field 1–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage across all organizational levels Proven leadership, collaboration, and decision-making capabilities in fast-paced settings Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g., Lean, 5S) Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Fluency in English (read, write, and speak) Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not required, the following are considered an advantage:
Experience
working in food production or regulated manufacturing environments Exposure to packaging operations or supply chain processes A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for optimization
