Was Sie Tun Werden Verantwortung für die Umsetzung der Sicherheits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltstrategie am Standort, einschließlich der Steuerung, Überwachung und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung aller relevanten Maßnahmen Strategische Beratung und Begleitung des Managements, der Führungskräfte sowie der Mitarbeitenden in sämtlichen Fragestellungen des Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutzes, mit dem Ziel einer nachhaltigen Integration von EHS-Anforderungen in alle Geschäftsprozesse Sicherstellung der Einhaltung sämtlicher gesetzlicher Vorgaben sowie interner Richtlinien und Standards, inklusive proaktiver Überwachung der Umsetzung und Initiierung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen Planung, Koordination und Durchführung interner und externer Audits, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie Unfallanalysen, einschließlich Ableitung und Implementierung nachhaltiger Präventionsmaßnahmen Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Maßnahmen zur aktiven Förderung einer nachhaltigen Sicherheits- und Umweltkultur am Standort Konzeption, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungs- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen zur Stärkung des EHS-Bewusstseins und zur Förderung sicherheitsgerechten Verhaltens Koordination und Steuerung der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Behörden, Berufsgenossenschaften und weiteren relevanten Stakeholdern Was Wir Suchen Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss oder vergleichbarer fachspezifischer Abschluss Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich EHS Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit sowie Zusatzqualifikation als Betriebsbeauftragter für Immissions- und/oder Gewässerschutz von Vorteil Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umweltrecht, Arbeitsschutzgesetzgebung, Gefahrstoffrecht und im Umgang mit Abfall und Emissionen Kenntnisse im Bereich Maschinensicherheit, Brandschutz, Notfallmanagement Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir begrüßen Bewerber*innen mit den unterschiedlichsten Hintergründen und Erfahrungen.
