Join us as our new Senior IT Project Manager – S/4HANA Transformation As Senior IT Project Manager, you will play a critical execution leadership role in planning and orchestrating the transition of Novonesis’ enterprise systems to S/4HANA during cutover week and go-live. You will own the end-to-end cutover strategy, governance, and execution, ensuring a low-risk transition with minimal business disruption. Acting as the central orchestrator across technical and business workstreams, you will manage dependencies, readiness, and critical decision-making in a highly visible, mission-critical role within our global transformation program. About the team: You will join a cross-functional program team driving the S/4HANA transformation, working closely with IT, business, and program leadership. The team brings together cutover coordinators, IT and S/4HANA workstream leads, data migration and integration specialists, command centre colleagues, business representatives, process owners, and hypercare teams to ensure a coordinated and controlled transition. In this role you’ll make an impact by: Defining and leading the end-to-end cutover strategy and governance model Developing an integrated master cutover plan across all workstreams Acting as the central orchestrator during cutover week and go-live Managing dependencies, risks, and critical path execution Driving go/no-go decision-making, mock cutovers, and overall readiness with program leadership To succeed you must hold: 7+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation or cutover projects 3+ years leading cutover or go-live activities in large ERP programs Hands-on experience with S/4HANA, including data migration and integration Strong planning, dependency management, and execution capabilities Proven ability to lead under pressure, make critical decisions, and apply relevant project methodology such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent You will thrive in this role if you are: Highly structured and disciplined in planning and execution Calm and decisive when working under pressure Strong at managing dependencies across complex programs Confident engaging senior technical and business stakeholders Clear, proactive, and pragmatic in communication and issue resolution Location: Lyngby Application deadline: July 31, 2026 Contact details: Meena Villa Vij, IT Head of S/4, MEEVI@novonesis.com Note: We will invite candidates for interviews after the application deadline, so you can expect to hear from us shortly thereafter.
