Where You’ll Make a Difference Manage IM&S-related procurement activities end to end. Create and maintain spot purchase orders across different systems. Handle agreement management, PO confirmation, and proper documentation filing. Coordinate and follow up with suppliers on procurement-related matters. Verify payment terms and coordinate resolution of exceptional notices. Support vendor master data setup and review processes. Manage purchasing of non-essential materials and services. Collaborate with sourcing colleagues to share best practices and drive procurement process improvements. What Makes You the Right Fit Educational background in International Trade, Logistics, or related fields. Proficient in spoken English with solid written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Able to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates strong learning capability and adaptability. Capable of cross-functional coordination and collaboration. Bachelor’s degree or above. How Would You Stand Out? Experience with SAP systems is preferred.
