This role reports to the Director, HR Business Partner and supports the live action and animation Production organizations within Disney Branded Television. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent role
Experience
in developing and driving talent management and full employee lifecycle HR activities within Organizational Development, Learning & Talent Solutions, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience working with unionized employees, particularly in the entertainment industry, with a strong understanding of union contracts and collective bargaining agreements. Ability to analyze, synthesize and effectively present complex data to develop innovative solutions Possess consultancy, influencing, and problem-solving skills while collaborating effectively with senior executives Excellent computer skills including experience with Windows, Co-Pilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $139,200.00 to $170,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
