The role is fully remote, working Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with on-site attendance required once per month in Tlalnepantla, Estado de México. This is a temporary one-year position with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Where You’ll Make a Difference Maintain SAP material master data and related master records to ensure data accuracy and integrity Manage Quality Control inspection plans and associated quality master data Maintain quality specifications, Certificates of Analysis (CoA), and other quality-related documentation Create and update product data sheets and nutritional information sheets through established SAP workflows Load and maintain master data for new products and intermediates during the New Product Introduction (NPI) process Review change requests and determine requirements necessary for successful implementation in accordance with quality processes Perform formula reviews, master data reviews, and customer communication reviews as part of Eliminate and Replace (E&R) initiatives Conduct religious reviews based on product formulations and maintain the corresponding classifications in master data records Resolve special scenarios related to master data, quality documentation, and change management processes What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field 0–1 years of experience; internships, professional practices, academic projects, or entry-level roles are welcome Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal
Experience
working in environments where English is regularly used for meetings and written communication Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; SAP experience is preferred Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams How Would You Stand Out?
