David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Maltese speaking Customer Service Representative for their office in Athens, Greece.
Position: Customer Service Representative (Maltese)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle incoming customer calls, chats, emails and messages professionally
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Provide accurate information using internal tools and systems
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships
- Meet individual and team performance KPIs and quality standards
- Record and update customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow internal procedures, guidelines and service policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near-native Maltese speaker
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Customer service mindset and interpersonal skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Ability to multitask and work in a structured environment
- Ability to work fixed shifts (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00)
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre roles
- Experience using CRM or ticketing systems
- Experience in international or multilingual support environments.
