We are seeking a motivated self-starter, to join our Warehouse team as a Machine Operator (Fork, slipsheet and Clamps). This role is based at our longstanding Kawerau site, in the Bay of Plenty. Our Kawerau site is equipped with modern and automated papermaking and converting technology. We have a culture of ongoing improvement in safety, product quality, reliability, and meeting customer expectations. We are passionate about reusing materials to reduce our site waste and minimising our environmental impact. About the role: DC Operators are required to support the flow of production through supplying all raw materials, and maintaining the distribution of the finished goods. The DC team is in a growth phase and we are looking for someone who will fit our agile, problem solving culture. What you will do: Unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, stocking and storing raw materials. Picking and supplying materials to multiple production departments onsite Maintaining undisturbed supply of raw materials to production Supporting consistent flow of finished goods for distribution Clearing waste materials for reprocessing Operate and maintain vehicles (Forklift, slipsheet, clamps), organise warehouse storage spaces, contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimise current procedures and operations.
