Responsible for operating hydrogenation equipment, monitoring process parameters, maintaining documentation and achieving production targets. * Supervise and manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets. * Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulatory standards (e.g., USFDA, MHRA). * Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality. * Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). * Lead and mentor a team of production operators and junior executives. * Coordinate with quality assurance, supply chain, and engineering departments to ensure smooth operations. * Prepare and review production batch records, deviations, and investigation reports. * Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. * Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. * Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are strictly followed within the production area. * Train new team members on production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards. Job Qualifications * Diploma / B.Sc. Chemistry / M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Tech Chemical Engineering. * 5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or senior executive role. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated environment. * Demonstrated commitment to quality and safety.
