RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Lead quality system tools: Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plans, Work Instructions, MSA Lead CAPA processes and ensure timely closure Support ISO and third-party certification activities Support PPAP and First Article Inspection (FAI) Develop inspection and testing standards Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions Support supplier quality and performance monitoring Analyze quality metrics and drive improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and operations Travel to customer and supplier sites as needed Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 2–3 years of manufacturing or quality experience Strong root cause and problem-solving skills Ability to read engineering drawings Strong data analysis skills Effective communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in assembly or machining environments ISO 9001 / AITF 16949 certification experience Experience with PPAP, FAI, CAPA Lean or Continuous Improvement experience Supplier quality experience Power BI, Minitab, or advanced analytics tools Work Authorization Crane Pumps & Systems will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
